On Monday, September 16, 2024, gingr will force out an update to an entirely new customer portal. There are a few changes we need to point out for you.
As you know from our most recent newsletter, we are preparing to transition off of gingr to a new booking and payment service. Unfortunately, gingr is forcing migration to a new version of their customer portal starting on Monday 9/16. So even though we will not be with gingr much longer, we do have to work with this new portal until our own move off of gingr is complete in a couple of weeks.

All of our website links have been updated, but you will probably want to save the link in your browser. As of Monday, the old link will no longer work.
The new portal looks different but is basically the same.
Your old login credentials will still work on the new platform. You can still use any password you have saved for gingr.
Navigation will be along the left side of your screen on your desktop, laptop or tablet; on your phone, you will first need to select your pet and then everything will be available to you as larger buttons on the screen.
